"TIPEN" means "Thinking Pattern". Hence what is your Thinking Pattern?.
The way a man thinks is very important to who you are. An example is the case of the 12 spies which later splitted into groups of 10persons and 2persons. It is not about your environment but a function of your thinking pattern
A man's thought can be likened to the root of his life. A man's thought is life the foundational basis of 
their life

THE CEBJOSH PRINCIPLE
CEBJOSH Principles states that for every difficulty there is an opportunity. Your business success is a function of how you see through problems and sight opportunity to create a solution. Mathematically,

INTRODUCTION
"Kingdom" is a connection between you and God. "Management" is the connection between you and yourself. "Business" is the connection between you and your environment.
The concept of Business is being misconcepted highly in our environment and until we understand the concept of Business, we might not be able to properly harness the opportunity therein

WHAT IS BUSINESS (Prov. 22:29)
1. Every man has a business
2. Every man ought to mind their business
3. Always recognize your dilligence to your business is proportional to the type of men you move with
"Business" is basically "exchange for value", In Business, it is either you are CREATING a value, UPGRADING a value or TRANSFERING a value
To fully understand business, you need to understand the CASHFLOW system (Reference to Roberts Kiyosaki).

OWNING BUSINESS AND SELF-EMPLOYED: ANY DIFFERENCE
Being "Self-Employed" and "Owning Business" are distinctively different. To be "self-employed" is creating a system wherein you manage yourself while "owning business" is creating a system for people to work in.
Business success is pegged at your personality and the system you build

TYPES OF BUSINESS SYSTEM
1. Traditional System: A system you created yourself
2. Franchise System: Buying into an existing system
3. Network Marketing: Buying into an existing system and establishing your own therein

NETWORK MARKETING AND PONZI SCHEMES: ANY DIFFERENCE?
"Network Marketing" is not same as "Ponzi Schemes" are different because "Network Marketing" deals with offering a goods and/or services while "Ponzi Schemes" deals with robbing someone to benefit another

In establishing a business, you need to establish a path for yourself. Your path could be linked to your passion. Also, you need to develop your personality and brand in starting a business. Developing your personality could be achieved through "Reading about your interest", "Get a Mentor". This is not exclusive of advertising your product/personality/brand in a strategic place for people to see. In advertising yourself, you don't necessarily need to get focused on being paid. Your business should have a "Vision Statement"and "Core Values"
In business, "Customer Relations Service" is essential. Try to build a perception system for every of your business. You need to understand that every customer wants to be treated as a Presidential Candidate.
The 21st Century is the best century ever existing. Harness the opportunity and make exploits
